How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship all our orders every morning Monday - Friday. The arrival time will depend on the shipping option you chose at checkout. You can learn more about shipping options here. Please note that due to COVID-19, we have seen some delays in delivery.

How often do you update your catalogue?

On average we restock and add new styles every 2–3 months.

Can I cancel or update my order?

Usually, our orders are processed very quickly, we have a system set up to send all orders through to our fulfillment center right when the order is placed. Unfortunately, this often means we are unable to make changes to your order but we can always try! Please reach out to service@wearmepro.com about any address changes or cancellations. However, please note that once the order is processed by our fulfillment center, we cannot make any changes.

I forgot to add the coupon code while checking out? Can you add it?

Oh no! We are so sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, once the order is processed we cannot add the coupon code to the order.

What do I do if my package is marked as delivered but I cannot locate it?

Please allow 48 hours for your package to arrive. If package still does not show up, please call the shipping provider. They often hold the package for pick up.  If you still cannot locate the package - please email: service@wearmepro.com.


When do you ship your orders?

We ship our orders Monday - Friday! If you place an order over the weekend, it will not ship until Monday morning.

I made a mistake in my address! Help!

Please email us at service@wearmepro.com with the correct address as soon as possible. If we can, we will update the address. Unfortunately, sometimes we cannot make the change in time and we cannot be held accountable for reshipping the item to a new address.

How can I track my order?

1. If you have a WearMe Pro account - you can log in to check the status of your package.

2. If you do not have a WearMe Pro account, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can then track the package right to your door!


How do I return my order?

You can return your order within 14 days for the cost of $3.00 (domestic only). Return shipping is FREE when the store credit option is chosen. You can start your return here.

We also accept international returns, however the customer is responsible for shipping the item on their own and a return label will not be provided.

I sent in my return, when will I get the refund?

Please note, it can take up to 14 days for us to receive your package and process a return. Once in our facility, we try to get to all returns within 48 hours. We will refund you to your original payment method, please be aware that payments can take up to 3 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.

I received a damaged product, how do I get a replacement?

Please contact us at service@wearmepro.com and we will help resolve this issue promptly.

I received a free pair because I spent over $80, do I have to return it?

If you received a free promotional pair, you must return it, if the total of your order is below $80 after the return.


Do your sunglasses have UV protection?

Of course, all our sunglasses offer 100% UVB + UVA protection.

How do I find sunglasses for someone with a bigger head?

All our sunglasses have size charts. Please use the frame width measurement to ensure the sunglasses will be comfortable. You can also learn how to use our size chart here.

What are polarized sunglasses?

Polarized lenses reduce glare from bright sun and flat surfaces, offering a clearer image and reducing eye fatigue over long periods outside. This can be great at the beach or when driving. The lens is coated in a special filter that blocks intense reflected light.

Polarized lenses are not the same thing as UV lenses, which protect your eyes from sun damage.

How do I clean my sunglasses?

1. Rinse glasses under lukewarm water
2. Add a tiny drop of soap to lens and gently swirl around on lens with your fingers
3. Rinse again
4. Dry gently with a microfiber cloth

How do I know if the sunglasses are the right size?

We recommend using our size chart which is located on the product page. If you have a pair of sunglasses/glasses that fit you well and are comfortable, try finding a new frame with the same or similar measurements. You can also learn more about finding the right pair of sunglasses here.

What are blue light glasses?

Blue light glasses are clear lens glasses that offer protection from blue light that is emitted from our electronic devices. Why wear blue light glasses?

Excessive exposure to blue light can send mixed signals to your built-in body clock, telling your brain it’s daytime even in the late PM hours. For many, the result is insomnia, difficulty staying asleep, irregular sleep patterns, tense dream states, and/or chronic exhaustion.

Wearing blue light glasses can help decrease your exposure to the blue light emitted from screens.

Prescription Glasses

Can I use a contact lens prescription for ordering glasses?

Prescriptions for contact lenses cannot be used for glasses. A contact lens prescription can only be used to purchase contact lenses.

How do I measure my PD (Pupillary Distance)?

PD, or pupillary distance, refers to the distance in millimeters between the center of one pupil to the center of the other. Having a correct PD on your glasses prescription ensures that you are looking through the ideal spot in your lenses. If this number was not provided on your prescription by your eye care professional, you can measure it yourself in 3 easy steps:

1. Look in the mirror and line up a ruler horizontally between your eyes.

2. Make sure the ruler is lined exactly underneath the middle of the left pupil.

3. Measure the exact distance between your left pupil and your right pupil in millimeters.

4. Repeat steps 1 - 3 a couple times for accuracy and use the average for your final measurement.

Can I send my prescription by fax or email?

We cannot accept prescriptions by fax or email. To ensure accuracy we ask that you enter your prescription manually or upload your RX file from your optometrist (recommended) with our easy online ordering system.

What is the warranty for WMP prescription lenses?

WMP prescription lenses come with a one (1) year warranty. If there’s a manufacturing defect in our products or their workmanship, we’ll make it right and cover shipping costs while we’re at it. The warranty does not cover scratches, breaks or other damage and/or return requests caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

What is the return policy for prescription lenses?

All prescription purchases can be returned within 14 days to receive a full refund. Click here to start a refund.

Do the lenses come with UV protection?

Yes! All of our prescription lenses come with Full UV protection.

Do the lenses have blue light protection?

Yes, we do offer prescription lenses with blue light protection! Please note that lenses do not automatically come with blue light protection so make sure to select the blue light lens option during the ordering process.

Can I use my health insurance to cover the expense?

Currently, we do not work directly with insurance providers. However, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to see if you have out-of-network benefits. You may have the option to submit a detailed receipt of purchase to your insurance company for reimbursement.

How long is the shipping for RX?

United States: 5-8 business days

International: 12-14 business days
