Any of our sunglasses or glasses can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
The cost of the return for domestic customers is $4.00. This will be deducted from your return total. International customers must pay for their own return shipping and a prepaid shipping label will not be provided.

Returns Processing Time
Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 48 hours for processing. We will refund you to your original payment method, please be aware that payments can take up to 3 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping.
If you receive a damaged item please reach out to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will help resolve the issue.
Sunglasses in the Shadesbox may not be replaced for alternatives unless a product arrives damaged, in which case WearMe Pro will replace the damaged item with another pair of the same style eyewear. In this case, please email: email@example.com
There are no returns or cancellations of the Shadesbox once the billing has been processed. You may cancel your subscription prior to billing. We do not take responsibility for items stated to be “delivered” by USPS but not received by member.
