If you would like to return your item, the cost is $4.00 for domestic customers. Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. 

International customers must pay for return shipping, a return label will be provided and the cost of shipping will be determined based on your location. The cost will be deducted from final return amount.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Returns Processing Time

Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 48 hours for processing. We will refund you to your original payment method, please be aware that payments can take up to 3 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received 

If you receive a damaged item please reach out to our customer support team at service@wearmepro.com and they will help resolve the issue.

Shadesbox Returns/Replacements

Sunglasses in the Shadesbox may not be replaced for alternatives unless a product arrives damaged, in which case WearMe Pro will replace the damaged item with another pair of the same style eyewear. In this case, please email: service@wearmepro.com

There are no returns or cancellations of the Shadesbox once the billing has been processed. You may cancel your subscription prior to billing. We do not take responsibility for items stated to be “delivered” by USPS but not received by member.
