Returns

Any of our sunglasses or glasses can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All shipping costs are not refundable.

Please include your order number inside the box. All products must be returned with original packaging. For more information about returns please contact customer support at support@wearmepro.com.

Returns Processing Time

Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 48 hours for processing. We will refund you to your original payment method, please be aware that payments can take up to 3 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping.

Damaged Item

If you receive a damaged item please reach out to our customer support team at support@wearmepro.com and they will help resolve the issue.

Shadesbox Returns/Replacements

Sunglasses in the Shadesbox may not be replaced for alternatives unless a product arrives damaged, in which case WearMe Pro will replace the damaged item with another pair of the same style eyewear. In this case, please email: support@wearmepro.com

There are no returns or cancellations of the Shadesbox once the billing has been processed. You may cancel your subscription prior to billing. We do not take responsibility for items stated to be “delivered” by USPS but not received by member.
