How often will I receive my sunglasses?
Your sunglasses will arrive with each season change. Therefore, you will receive your sunglasses four times a year at the beginning of April, June, September and December. 

 

When will my sunglasses arrive?
Your subscription box will be prepared for shipment at the beginning of the month (April, June, September, December). Your sunglasses will arrive 7-10 business days after leaving our warehouse. We ship in batches, and delivery time can vary slightly each month.
You’ll always receive a tracking email so you can follow your WMPbox shipping status.

 

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free in the U.S. and USD $14.95 for Canada.

 

Can I choose the style or color of my sunglasses?
 Although you cannot choose the exact pair you will receive, when choosing your subscription option you may specify which styles and colors you love most. We will try to incorporate your choices!

 

Can I exchange or return my subscription sunglasses?
We do not allow exchanges of returns of sunglasses in the subscription box. We are always happy to replace anything that is damaged. 

 

When will I be billed?
Monthly: You’ll be billed automatically at the first of: April, June, September December.
Annually: Upon sign up you will be charged for a year. The day after your year expires, you’ll be billed for another year unless you cancel your subscription prior to that day. We'll bill your card the full price for 3 seasons of WMPbox and 1 season 50% off! 

 

When will I receive my first Shadesbox?
Whenever you sign up, you will receive your Shadesbox for that given season.
December 1st - Febuary 28th — Winter Box
March 1st - May 31st — Spring Box
June 1st - August 31st — Summer Box
September 1st — November 29th Fall box
What if I do not have funds on my account?
If you don't have funds available then, our system will make several attempts to charge you again later in the month. Your WMPbox will not be shipped if we cannot process your payment.

 

Can I change my WMPbox style preferences?
Of course, please email us at support@wearmepro.com with the CHANGE OF PREFERENCES in the subject headline and let us know what style you would like to change to.

 

My WMPbox sunglasses are damaged or missing, what should I do?

 

If anything is damaged or missing please contact support@wearmepro.com. Our replacement policy is good for 30 days after shipping.
How does shipping work?
We’re currently shipping to the U.S. (including its territories, PO Boxes, and APO, DPO, and FPO boxes) and Canada (including its territories and military locations).
