How often will I receive my sunglasses when signing up for Shadesbox?

 

Your sunglasses will arrive according to the time you sign up for your subscription.

Sign up for quarterly - receive box at sign up + every 3 months, starting from sign up date.

Sign up for pre-pay quarterly - receive box at sign up + every 3 months, starting from sign up date.

Sign up for twice a year - receive box at sign up + every 6 months since sign up date

Once a year - receive box at time of purchase + every 12 months since sign up date

 

Can I change preferences chosen once I sign up?

Yes, you can always change your preferences 

 

Will I sign up for subscription service by purchasing sunglasses?

No, you will not sign up for subscription by purchasing individual sunglasses. 

 

 

When will my sunglasses arrive?

Your subscription box will be prepared for shipment with 48 hours of your signup/renewal, arrival will depend on your location.You’ll always receive a tracking email so you can follow your Shadesbox shipping status.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free in the U.S. and USD $14.95 for Canada.

 

Can I choose the style or color of my sunglasses?

Although you cannot choose the exact pair you will receive, when choosing your subscription option you may specify which styles and colors you love most. Please email us at support@wearmepro.com with the CHANGE OF PREFERENCES in the subject headline and let us know what style you would like to change to.

 

 

Can I exchange or return my subscription sunglasses?

We do not allow exchanges of returns of sunglasses in the subscription box. We are always happy to replace anything that is damaged. 

 

When will I be billed?

Quarterly - at time of sign up + every 3 months

Prepay Quarterly - at time of sign up + every 12 months

Twice a Year - at time of sign up + every 6 months

Once a Year - at time of sign up + every 12 months 

 

When will I receive my first Shadesbox?

Whenever you sign up, you will receive your Shadesbox within 10 days.


What if I do not have funds on my account?

If you don't have funds available then, our system will make several attempts to charge you again later in the month. Your Shadesbox will not be shipped if we cannot process your payment.

 

 

 

My WMPbox sunglasses are damaged or missing, what should I do?

 

If anything is damaged or missing please contact support@wearmepro.com. Our replacement policy is good for 30 days after shipping.
