By signing up to be a WMP ambassador, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below: 

1. I am at least 18 years of age. Those under 18 may not participate in the Brand Ambassador program. 
2. I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. 
3. I will not share my personal discount code or referral code on coupon sites or in our social media comments.
4. I will not sell WearMe Pro products in retail stores, at events or on unauthorized websites. 
5. I will protect WearMe Pro’s trademark by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.
6. I have a PayPal account where commission will be paid. 
7. I will set up a Buzzbassador account upon approval or I will not receive commission. Buzzbassador is the platform WearMe Pro uses to track commission and remit payment. Buzzbassador will send me an email to set up my account upon approval to the Ambassador program.
8. If I provide an incorrect Paypal account, commission will not be valid. I will verify my PayPal account to ensure it is accurate. 
9. We will pay Commissions in United States Dollars via PayPal approximately 30 days following sign up. Commission payments will be issued approximately every 30 days following initial payment.
10. Commissions will be applied after discount.
11. If customer orders are submitted without using my Brand Ambassador promotion code, these orders will not be credited to my account. No cash compensation will be provided by the Company. Only one promotion code can be applied per order.
12. SALES: When promotions are present on the WearMe Pro website, commissions may not be applied.
13. I am responsible for any fees/taxes associated with commission payments.
14. I have an Instagram account that I am actively posting on at least once a week.
15. The Program permits me to monetize my social media user-generated content by placing on my social media profiles.
16. I must be an active Brand Ambassador to remain in the program, meaning I am posting content related to WearMe Pro at least once a month.
17. I will adhere to Instagram's Community Guidelines and will be terminated from the Brand Ambassador program immediately if found violating any policy. Content from any Brand Ambassador that contains credible threats or hate speech or targets private individuals to degrade or shame them will not be tolerated and result in removal from the Program.
18. I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Brand Ambassador Program and forfeit all promotional codes effective immediately.
    
19. My breach of any of the terms of this Agreement, or any other agreement between you and us, or in connection with the Program (e.g. the PayPal User Agreement, Buzzbassador of Use, Instagram/Facebook policy, Google Terms of Use and Privacy Policy) we can withhold all commissions and terminate you from the program.
    
20. I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.

LIABILITY: 

WearME Pro will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate system sale tracking failures, commission processing system failures, losses of database files or backups thereof, attacks on computing resources, computer viruses, the continued viability of their products, any results of “intents of harm” to the program, or acts of God or Nature. 

Non-Disclosure
You must agree not to disclose any Confidential information about WearMe Pro, not limiting to the public and any of the client’s competitors. This includes any and all non-public information, including, without limitation, terms within our agreement, technical, developmental, marketing, sales, operating, performance, cost, know-how, business plans, business methods, and process information.
