How did you get into traveling?

I’ve always loved to travel and already at a really early age, I said to my mom that I’ll move to Paris when I’m older haha. But after spending half a year in New Zealand studying and exploring, half of my heart stayed there and we wanted to see more.

Where is your favorite place in the world?

My favorite place is still our summer cottage in Finland. Nothing can’t beat that. But if I  had to choose some other place it would be safari.

Photography is an important part of your lifestyle. What is your dream location to shoot in and why?

It would probably be India. India has so much to offer. Beautiful architecture, nature, jungle, beaches etc. Or then go back to Africa to safari!

What are your go-to travel essentials? 3 things besides passport, wallet, and camera?

Oh, I would have said those! But metallic straws, a laptop, and a big hat!

What’s the most difficult part about being a travel blogger?

It’s difficult to stop working haha. But it really is! There’s no line between working and free time as still when I have time I’m thinking photos, next travels, planning etc. And blogging is daily, not days off from work but when you love your work, it doesn’t feel like work!

What is the craziest situation you have gotten yourself into while traveling? Did it change your travel behavior?

Craziest hmmm there are many of them! Almost missing the flight because we thought it’s leaving the next day. Or booking the flights when we are already at the airport. Or trying to get the visa just before the flight leaves. Or when the airlines lost our luggage for 4 days. Or when someone got my credit card details and robbed money from my bank account. I think all these make us more careful for sure but we are so laid back that we don’t stress too much!

How do you choose your next destinations? It’s the most difficult part always!

We choose usually where we would love to travel because of nature, culture, and food. Sometimes we choose because we are traveling with our friends.

Do you have any tips for newbie travelers?

Go to explore! It will teach you more than any other thing can teach of life, different cultures, and perspectives.
